光固化粘结剂治疗牙本质敏感症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　了解光固化牙本质粘结剂治疗牙本质敏感症的效果。方法　比较光固化牙本质粘结剂和局部涂氟化钠即刻、1个月、12个月的疗效。结果　酸处理牙面后再行粘结剂治疗牙本质敏感症的近、远期疗效明显优于氟化钠甘油糊剂脱敏法 (P <0 .0 1) ,非酸处理牙面行粘结剂脱敏的疗效也显著高于氟化钠甘油糊剂脱敏法 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但远期疗效不如酸处理组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　光固化粘结剂治疗牙本质敏感症疗效好于传统的氟化钠甘油糊剂脱敏法 。Objective To study the effects of the light cure dentin binding agent on dentin hypersensitiveness.Methods Cases were divided into three groups.Group one were treated by light cure dentin binding agent(with dentin acid agent).Group two were treated by light cure dentin binding agent (without dentin acid agent).The control group were treated by sodium fluoride glycerine paste.Results The clinical efferts of the experimental group were better than that of the control group after one month to twelve months ( P<0.05). Conclusion Dentin hypersensitiveness can be treated by the light care dentin binding agent with good treatment effects.
