临汾附近两种蛙类染色体特征研究

摘　　要：本文利用骨髓细胞空气干燥法 ,对临汾附近两种蛙类染色体组型进行分析 .其中中国林蛙 (Rana chensinensis)的二倍体染色体数目为 2 n=2 4 ,包括 1 2个大型染色体 (相对长度大于7.0 )和 1 2个小型染色体 (相对长度小于 6.0 ) .全部染色体可配成 1 2对 .黑斑侧褶蛙 (Pelo-phylax nigromaculata)的二部体染色体数目为 2 m=2 6,全部染色体可配成 1 3对 ,5对大型、8对小型染色体 .与北京郊区同种蛙类染色体比较 。The Karyotype of Rana chensinensis, Pelophylax nigromaculata from Linfen are studied on the basis of metaphase of bone marrow by the colchicine bypotonic air drying technique. For the Rana chensinensis, the diploid chromosome number is 24,i,e,12 large(relative length>7.0) and 12 small (relative length<6.0) chromosomes. All chromosome are matched into 12 pairs. But diploid chromosome number of Pelophylax nigromaculata is 26. All chromosome are divided into 13 pairs. Furthermore a comparative study on the same Rana chromosome in Beijing nearby with Linfen enable us explain that Rana chromosome of different geographical population have rich diversities.
