榄香榄与高聚金葡素对移植性肿瘤的抑制作用

摘　　要：为研究榄香榄和高聚金葡素(HAS)对移植性肿瘤的抑制作用及免疫调节作用,以昆明鼠做小鼠肉瘤180(S-180)、肝癌(H22)移植性肿瘤模型,检测榄香榄和高聚金葡素对肿瘤的生长抑制作用;用小鼠腹腔巨噬鸡红细胞试验,NK细胞活性测定检测其对小鼠免疫调节的影响。结果表明榄香榄和HAS不但可以抑制移植性肿瘤,而且能增强小鼠免疫调节功能。To investigate the suppressive effect on transplanted tumor and the immune regulation of Lanxianglan and HAS.The suppressive effect of Lanxianglan and HAS on Kunming mice transplanted sar-coma S-180and hepatoma H22was measured by mice abdominal macrophage swallow chicken red cell test.The immune regulation was tested by NK cell activity.It is shown that Lanxianglan and HAS can not only inhibit the transplanted tumor but also enhance the immunity in mice.
