摘　　要：目的 :研究白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )在人脑胶质瘤发病中的作用和意义。方法 :采用RT PCR半定量法检测IL 6mRNA在 34例胶质瘤及 8例正常脑组织中的表达。结果 :IL 6mRNA在胶质瘤和正常脑组织的表达率分别为 79.4 %和 12 .5 % ,差异十分显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,且与胶质瘤的病理分级相关。结论 :IL 6可能在胶质瘤的发生过程中发挥重要作用。Objective: Our aim was to detect the expression of interleukin-6 (IL-6) mRNA in human gliomas. Methods:RT-PCR semi-quantity method was used to determine the expression rate of IL-6 mRNA in 34 cases of gliomas and 8 normal brain tissues. Results:The expression rates of IL-6 mRNA in cases of gliomas and normal brain tissues were 79.4% and 12.5% respectively. The difference was statistically significant. The high expression rate of IL-6 mRNA correlates with the pathological grades of gliomas. Conclusion:It suggests that IL-6 may play an important role in gliomas.
