摘　　要：从制度经济学角度阐述了上市公司信用实质上是一种制度安排 ,并针对我国上市公司的信用现状分析了其成因及影响 。From the viewpoint of system economics, this paper analyses the credit of listed companies which is in essence a kind of system arrangement, and deals with the cause and influence of current credit of China's listed companies as well as suggests the method to strengthen credit management of listed companies.
