摘 要:本文通过减少扩链剂的用量在聚合物内部形成支链及环形结构 ,从而合成出具有较高强度的聚氨酯 ,断裂伸长率达 1 91 4 % ,抗张强度达 4 3 0 3 N/cm2 .血小板粘附实验表明 ,通过在硬段处引入适当长度的烷基侧链 ,可对硬段提供屏蔽作用 ,材料在疲劳过程中不易使微相分离结构受到破坏 。The branch chains and the cyclic structure inside the polymer was introduced by decreasing the use level of the extender, hence the polyurethane with high intensity had been synthesized. The strain at break and the Stress at break were 1914% and 4303 N/cm 2 respectively. The antithrombogenic experiment indicated that it may provide the hard segments with shielding effect by introducing the alkyl side chain with appropriate length to the hard segments. By this way, the structure of micro-phase separation is difficult to destroy during the fatigue process of the material, which makes the antithrombogenic property stable.
