胡桃楸对Hela、PC-3细胞作用的研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨胡桃楸的抗肿瘤作用。[方法]通过细胞实验观察胡桃楸提取液对Hela、PC-3细胞增殖的影响;用DNA片断分析靶细胞凋亡情况;通过对端粒酶活性的测定来观察对细胞端粒酶活性的影响。[结果]胡桃楸提取液对肿瘤细胞有明显的细胞毒作用;DNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳可见典型的DNA“梯状条带”;可显著抑制Hela、PC-3细胞端粒酶活性。[结论]胡桃楸具有明显的抗肿瘤作用。To investigate the effect of Juglans mandshuria on tumor cells.The apoptosis effect on the Hela,PC-3cells was tested by agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA frag-ments.After treated with Juglans mandshuria extract,the telomerase activity of Hela,PC-3cells was detected.Juglans mandshuria had distinctly inhibiting effect on tumor cells,as well as de-creasing the telomerase activity.[Conclusion]Juglans mandshuria has distinct anti-tumor effect.
