165例晚期乳腺癌联合化疗疗效分析

摘　　要：[目的]比较CAP(环磷酰胺+阿霉素+顺铂)、NP(诺维苯+顺铂)、TP(紫杉醇+顺铂)3个化疗方案治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效和毒副反应。[方法]165例晚期乳腺癌患者分别接受CAP、NP、TP方案的治疗,病例数分别为61、70、34例。观察疗效和毒副反应。[结果]CAP、NP、TP方案治疗晚期乳腺癌的有效率分别为65.6%、62.9%、67.6%,其中位缓解期分别为7.3个月、7.0个月、6.5个月,中位生存期分别为13.8个月、13.5个月、14.5个月。毒副反应主要为血液学毒性。[结论]CAP、NP、TP方案是治疗晚期乳腺癌较为有效的方案,毒副作用可耐受。To investigate and compare the effect and the toxicity of CAP(cyclophosphamide+adriamycin+cisplatin),NP(navelbine+cisplatin)and TP(taxol+cisplatin)regimen in the treatment for patients with advanced breast cancer.One hun-dred and sixty-five cases with advanced breast cancer were studied retrospectively,61,70and34patients were treated with CAP,NP and TP regimen,respectively.The overall response rate in patients undergoing CAP,NP,TP regimen was65.6%,62.9%,67.6%respectively.The median response period was7.3months,7.0months,6.5months respectively,and the median survival period was13.8months,13.0months,14.5months,respectively.The major side effect was hematologic toxicity.[Conclusion]CAP,NP and TP regi-men are highly effective for advanced breast cancer with tolerable side effects.
