摘　　要：对68#淬火油进行了复合添加剂改性试验,分析了复合添加剂对普通淬火油冷却特性的影响,解决了渗碳齿轮淬火心部组织与硬度不合格的问题。The modification experiment of 68# quenching oil was carried out with compound additives. It is analyzed the influence of compound additive on the cooling features of ordinary quenching oil. The modification of oil solves the problem of unacceptable quenched core structure and hardness of carburized gear.
