文拉法辛治疗广泛性焦虑症对照研究

摘　　要：目的 :比较文拉法辛与阿普唑仑治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效及不良反应。　方法 :对 6 6例广泛性焦虑症随机分为两组 ,分别服用文拉法辛或阿普唑仑。疗程 6周。于治疗前及治疗后第 2、4、6周末进行汉密尔顿焦虑量表 (HAMA)及副反应量表 (TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。　结果 :文拉法辛与阿普唑仑的疗效相仿 ,文拉法辛不良反应少而轻 ,无成瘾性。　结论 :文拉法辛是治疗广泛性焦虑症的安全。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of venlafaxine and alprazolam in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Method:Sixty six patients were randomly assigned to receive venlafaxine ( n =33) and alprazolam ( n =33) respectively for 6 weeks. HAMA and TESS were adopted to evaluate the efficacy and side effects before and after 2,4 and 6 weeks of the treatment. Results:The efficacy of venlafaxine and alprazolam had no significant difference,but venlafaxine had fewer side effects. Conclusion:Venlafaxine is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.
