摘　　要：提出按市场的要求构建人才知识、能力、素质结构,以技术为核心,以能力为本位,注重学生实践动手能力的培养。This paper introduces we should set up structure of knowledge,capability and quality,we should train students' practical capability and we should get integrated into market.If we connect professional skills with teaching,we'll gain excellent achievements of training students' capabiblity.
