摘　　要：围绕创新人才的培养,总结本校修订和完善学籍管理制度的情况及其实施效果。Revising and improving the management system of student status plays a vital part in the reform of the talent cultivation mode.This paper presents the general situation of what our college has done about revising and improving the management system of student status centerd on the cultivation of initiative talents.
