摘　　要：介绍了纳米SiOx改性双组份室温硫化硅橡胶 (RTV - 2 )的研究情况。对胶液的凝胶时间测试表明 ,纳米SiOx对RTV - 2胶具有较强的阻聚作用 ;硫化胶拉伸性能测试结果表明 ,纳米SiOx质量分数为 6 %时 ,硫化胶的拉伸强度达到 2 .8MPa ,断裂伸长率达到 97%。The modification of RTV(Room Temperature Vulcanized)-2 silicone rubber by nano-SiOx is presented in this paper. The results of gelation time testing show that the vulcanization of the RTV-2 silicone rubber is greatly inhibited by Nano-SiOx. The analysis on the mechanical properties of the vulcanized rubber indicates when the contents of nano-SiOx in the RTV-2 silicone rubber is six percent, the tensile strength and the tensile elongation of the vulcanized rubber is 2.8?MPa and 97% respectively.
