微波法提取槐米中芦丁的工艺条件

摘　　要：通过正交试验设计 ,确定利用微波辅助碱溶酸沉从槐米中提取芦丁的最佳工艺条件。粗产品的得率为 2 2 .4 % ,纯度为 6 1.1%。利用此法提取芦丁提取率高、成本低 ,是一种很好的芦丁提取方法。By using the orthogonal experimental design, the optimal conditions to extract rutin from bud of Sophora japonica by alkaly dissolving and acid subsiding combined with microwave processing were established. The production rate was 22.4% and the purity of the product reached 61.1%. This method is good for extracting rutin with its high extraction rate and low production cost.
