摘 要:对社鼠 (Rattusniviventerconfucianus)的褐色脂肪组织 (BAT)、肝脏、心脏和后肢肌肉组织总蛋白和线粒体蛋白含量的季节性变化进行测定和分析。结果表明 :BAT的平均鲜质量和相对质量从春季到冬季逐渐增加 ,各季节之间存在极显著差异 ;BAT组织总蛋白各季节无显著差异 ,线粒体蛋白以春季最高 ,夏季最低 ,各季节之间有显著差异 ;肝脏组织总蛋白和线粒体蛋白含量均呈冬春季高、夏季低的特点 ,各季节之间的差异分别达到极显著和显著水平 ;心脏组织总蛋白无季节性差异 ,线粒体蛋白的季节变化与BAT的线粒体蛋白相似 ;后肢肌肉组织总蛋白在各季节间无显著差异 ,线粒体蛋白表现为春秋季高、夏冬季低 ,有显著差异。社鼠的BAT、肝脏、心脏与产热有密切的关系 ,而后肢肌肉与产热的关系尚难以定论。栖于亚热带地区的社鼠常年生活在较为温暖的环境中 ,低温并不是影响社鼠生存的决定因子 ,因此BAT、肝脏、心脏和后肢肌肉的组织总蛋白、线粒体蛋白含量的季节变化较高寒地区鼠类更为温和。The seasonal variations on the total protein contents and mitochondrial protein contents of brown adipose tissue (BAT), liver, heart and hind-limb muscle in surphur bellied rat ( Rattus niviventer confucianus ) were studied. The results showed that different tissues and organs had different seasonal variational patterns of protein contents. The average fresh weight and relative weight of BAT increased gradually from spring to winter, and there were very significant differences in both fresh and relative weight between seasons. For BAT, there was no significant difference in total protein content between seasons. There was, however, a significant difference in the mitochondrial protein content in BAT between seasons, and it was the highest in spring and the lowest in summer. The contents of total protein and mitochondrial protein in liver were higher in winter and spring and lower in summer with a significant difference between seasons. Although the total protein content was the highest in spring and the lowest in autumn, but there was no significant difference in heart between seasons. The seasonal variation pattern of the mitochondrial protein content in heart was the same as the pattern in BAT. There was no significant difference in the total protein content in hind-limb muscle between seasons. The mitochondrial protein content in hind-limb muscle was higher in spring and autumn and lower in summer and winter. The difference in mitochondrial protein content in hind-limb muscle between seasons was significant. The results also showed that the BAT, liver and heart of Rattus niviventer confucianus had closely relationships with thermogenesis and the relation of hind-limb muscle with thermogenesis is difficult to determine. The seasonal variations in the protein contents in Rattus niviventer confucianus are less obvious than in the rodents that inhabited in a cold alpine environment, because low temperature was not a determinate factor for Rattus niviventer confucianus surviving in sub-tropic zone wit
