摘 要:目的 利用不同 pH值的复方鞣酸液对离体牙石进行溶解性研究 ,选择一种高效溶解液对牙石能够迅速溶解 ,且不损伤口腔正常组织 ,为临床提供一种预防和治疗牙周病的有效药物和方法。方法 利用临床上采集的离体牙石 ,用自来水冲洗干净 ,再用去离子水冲洗 2遍 ,晾干。然后置于P2 0 2干燥器中 2 4h后取出。随机将牙石放入 3种不同 pH值的复方鞣酸液中 ,利用直接法和超声波震荡法 ,分别观察 30min后各自的牙石溶解百分率。结果 复方鞣酸液 pH值在 9、7、5时的牙石溶解率 ,直接溶解法分别为 63.2 5 %、66.0 4 %和 86.87% ,三者相比具有明显差异 (χ2 =7.2 8,P<0 .0 0 5 )。超声波震荡法分别为 79.0 1%、72 .5 7%和 91.0 1% ,三者相比具显著性差异 (χ2 =6.97,P <0 .0 0 1)。超声波震荡法的牙石溶解率较直接法高 10 %左右。结论 不同 pH值的复方鞣酸液对牙石的溶解百分率各异 ,pH值为 5时效果为最好 。Objective To research the effect of compound tannic acid on the solubility of isolated dental calculi so as to provide a good therapy in preventing and treating periodontal diseases.Methods Isolated caculi sampled clinically were first washed with drinking water, then with deionized water twice,and were put in the P202 dryer for 24 hours.The caculi were randomly put into compound tannic acids of 3 different kinds of pH value.The solubility of dental caculi was observed for 30 minutes by means of direct method or supersonic vibration method.Results The soluble rates of compound tannic acids when the pH values were 9,7 and 5 were 63.25%,66.04% and 86.87% respectively when direct method was used.and there existe significant differences between the threee groups of different pH values(χ 2=7.28,P<0.05).The soluble rates were 79.01%,72.57% and 91.21% when observed with supersonic vibration.There existed significant differences between the threee groups of different pH values(χ 2=6.97,P<0.05).The soluble rate of compound tannic acid was 10% higher when direct method was used than when supersonic vibration was used.Conclusion Compound tannic acids of different pH value have different soluble rates.Compound tannic acid,when the pH value is 5,may have the best effect,and supersonic bration method has proven to be better than direct method.
