Solitaire与银汞合金充填后牙窝洞的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　 观察Solitaire与银汞合金充填后牙窝洞的临床效果。方法　Solitaire充填 2 33牙 ,制备洞型时要求洞型为斜面 ,垫底后洞壁涂粘结剂 ,光照 10s后 ,分层充填Solitaire ,再光照 4 0s ,修整抛光完成。银汞合金按常规充填。结果　 密合度、磨耗度、牙髓反应 :Solitaire满意率分别为96 %、97.5 %、95 % ,银汞合金满意率分别为 93.6 %、10 0 %、97% ,2组之间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;形态 :Solitaire满意率为 92 .4 % ,银汞合金满意率为 92 .1% ,2组之间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　Solitaire充填后牙窝洞不易破碎脱落与银汞合金相近。充填后与牙体之间密合度优于银汞合金。Objective To observe the clinical effects of solitaire and silver amalgam filling in treating cavity.Methods Cavities were made to have a slope and their walls were smeared with adhensive.After 10 days of illumination,233 cavities were filled with solitaire.These cavities were repaired and then polished 40 hours later.Silver amalgam was filled in routine ways.Results The satisfactory rates of the degrees of anastomosis,abrasion and dental pulp reaction were 96%,97.5% and 95% respectively when the cavities were filled with solitaire,while the satisfatory rates of those indexes were 93.6%m100% and 97% respectively when filled with silver analyam(P<0.05).The satisfactory rates of solitaire treatment and silver amalgam treatment were 92.4% and 92.1% respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion Solitaire and silver amalgam have similar curative effects in terms of resisting breaking and exfoliation,while solitaire has better effect than silver amalgam in terms of anastomosis and poorer effect in terms of resisting abrasion and dental pulp stimuli.
