摘　　要：目的 探讨妻子在丈夫患精神分裂症后的心理状况。方法 对70例住院的首发精神分裂症患者的妻子采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和自编的定式调查表进行测评,并根据测评存在的心理问题给予干预。结果 多数精神分裂症患者的妻子存在明显的焦虑及抑郁情绪,经心理干预后她们的SAS和SDS评分随之下降。结论 针对患者妻子的心理问题,应主动做好她们的心理干预工作,提高她们的心理承受能力。Objective To investigate the wives' psychological state when their husbands suffer from schizophrenia. Methods Inpatients who had first episode schizophrenia were tested with SAS.SDS and sell-made investigating scale. Psychological intervention were given according to psychological question. Results Most wives had significant anxiety and depression mood. Their SAS and SDS scores decreased relevantly alter psychological intervention. Conclusion According to the psychological guestions of these patients' wives,we should give them psychological guestions of these patients' wives,we should give them psychological intervention and improve their psychological ability of facing difficulty.
