活动性溃疡性结肠炎患者外周血血小板功能及免疫球蛋白水平的研究

摘　　要：目的　活动性溃疡性结肠炎 (UC)患者血液呈高凝状态 ,并有发生血栓等并发症的可能 ,本文研究活动性溃疡性结肠炎患者外周血血小板功能及免疫球蛋白水平。方法　实验分正常对照组和UC组 ,并检测每组外周血血小板 (PLT)计数、血小板平均容积 (MPV)、血小板分布宽度 (PDW)、血小板伸展率 (PSR)及血清IgA、IgG、IgM、C3、C4水平。结果　UC组PLT、PSR测定值高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ,血清IGg、IgM、C4水平也明显增高 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　活动性UC患者外周血血小板功能及免疫球蛋白水平异常 。Objective Throm boembolism is the very severe complicati on of active ulcerative colitis(UC),the article is devised to explore the functi on of platelet and the immune globulin c oncentration in peripheral blood.Methods Two groups are selec ted as control and active UC,and the num bers of each group are 20 and 18.The lev els of PLT?MPV?PDW?PSR and the concentra tions of IgA?IgG?IgM?C3?C4 of each patie nt are assayed.Results The levels of PLT?PS R in active UC are higher than that of n ormal( P <0.05);the concentrations of Ig G?IgM?C4 of UC higher than normal also( P <0.05).Conclusion As the dangerous factors of thromboembolism in active UC, increased function of platelet and eleva ted level of serum immune globulin are s howh in active UC.
