涎腺腺癌细胞系对葫芦素BE的敏感性研究

摘　　要：目的　观察具有多种生物活性的葫芦素BE对涎腺腺癌细胞的杀伤作用。方法　用四唑盐显色法 (MTT法 )检测人腺样囊性癌 (ACC M)和粘液表皮样癌 (MEC 1 )细胞系对葫芦素BE的敏感性实验。结果　葫芦素BE对两种腺癌细胞系均有较高的相对抗肿瘤活性 (RAA值分别为 345、1 4 8)。Objective To observe the effects that Cucurbitacin BE with kinds of biological activities kil l the adenocarcinoma of salivary gland.Methods Chemosensitivity of h uman adenoid cystocarcinoma and mucoepid ermoid carcinoma cell lines to Cucurbita cin BE was tested with the MTT assay.Results Two kinds of cell lines had higher sensitivity to Cucurbitacin BE,Relative anti-tumor activities(RAA)we re 345 and 148,respectively.Conclu sion The results provide an import ant base to further study the treatment of using Cucurbitacin BE.
