社区高脂血症人群防治同伴教育的过程评价

摘　　要：目的探讨同伴教育在社区高脂血症人群防治中的效果。方法北京市西城区新街口街道社区高脂血症患者 6 7人 ,作为同伴教育的教育对象 ,其中男性 14人 ,女性 5 3人 ,平均年龄 (5 8.6 8± 6 .76 )岁。采用同伴教育的方法开展本次研究。结果研究人群实际参与率为 6 2 .7% ,项目有效指数 (PEI)为 0 .89。项目监督者和教育对象对于同伴教育者评分的均分分别为 4 .6 7分和 4 .95分 (五分制 )。结论本项目运行良好 ,并且同伴教育是受群众欢迎和效果较好的社区防治高脂血症的方法。Objective In order to study the effect of peer education in community intervention of hyperlipidemia.Method 67 hyperlipidemia patients(male 14,female 53,mean age 58.68±6.76) were selected as the followers of peer education.Peer education was carried out in this study.Process evaluation was conducted for improving the quality of the study.Results The result showed that the attendance rate was 62.7%,program effectiveness index(PEI) was 0.89,and the mean evaluative scores of peer education program given by program supervisor and educated persons were 4.67 and 4.95 respectively.Conclusion The study showed that the program worked well,and the peer education was effective and welcomed in community intervention of hyperlipidemia.
