摘  要:目的:观察急性心肌梗死患者外周血粘附分子CD11b和CD54及T淋巴细胞亚群CD4、CD8及CD4/CD8的变化。方法:流式细胞仪技术。结果:急性心肌梗死患者外周血CD11b+、CD54+细胞明显高于对照组。对照组CD11b+细胞(45.6±9.2)%;CD54+细胞(4.5±2.3)%。实验组CD11b+细胞(81.51±11.65)%;CD54+细胞(17.88±5.32)%,P<0.01。CD4+、CD8+细胞及CD4+/CD8+比值明显低于对照组。对照组CD4+细胞(49.3±1.1)%;CD8+细胞(24.2±1.95)%;CD4+/CD8+为(2.4±0.2)。实验组:CD4+细胞(31.5±6.2)%;CD8+细胞(22.62±5.7)%;CD4+/CD8+为(1.37±0.55),P<0.01。结论:急性心肌梗死患者存在某种程度的细胞免疫功能紊乱,表现为粘附分子表达增多,而T淋巴细胞亚群中CD4+、CD8+表达降低,CD4+、CD8+比值下降。Objective: To Observe the changes of adhesion molecule CD11b, CD54 and T- lymphocyte subpopulations CD4, CD8 and C04/CD8 in the peripheral blood in the patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods: FACS assay was used in this study. Results: In the peripheral blood in patients with AMI,CD11b+ and CD54+ cells were higher than that of control subjects, In the control group, CD11b+ cells were (45.6±9.2)%; CD54+ cells were (4.5±2.3)%. While in the AMI group, CD11b+ cells were (81.51±11.65)%; CD54+ cells were (17.88±5.32)%,P <0.01. CD4+,CD8+ cells and CD4+/CD8+ were lowrer than that in control subjects. Control group: CD4+ cells (49.3±1.1)%; CD8+ (24.2±1.95)%; CD4+/CD8+ cells (2.4±0.2) . AMI group: CD4+ cells (31.5±6.2)%; CD8+ cells (22.62±5.7)%; CD4+/CD8+ (1.37±0.55), P<0.01. Conclusion: The Patients with AMI were in a immunofunctional disorder state to some content,with high adesion molecule expression and low CD4+,CD8+ T - lymphotytes subpopulation expression and CD4+/CD8+cut down.
