摘　　要：核心技术是在技术领域起着关键作用的技术 ,由它带动技术整体发展可以形成一个技术集群。针对核心技术创新的复杂性、风险性、渗透性和高的市场能力要求等特点 ,中小企业可先从非核心技术创新切入 ,进行渐进式的顺轨创新和衍生创新 ,经过知识、创新能力和资源的积累后再根据行业和自身的特点 。Core-technology plays a key role in the technology region,can promote development of technology on the whole,and form a technological cluster.Considering complexities,risks,infiltrattiveness and high demands on marketing capabilities of technological innovation,small and medium-sized enterprises may embed from normal-technology innovation,performance innovating gradually in the same direction or deriving from Core-technology.Basing on characteristics of industry and enterprises,may innovate core-technology independently of join a technological-innovating network,after have accumulated knowledge,abilities of innovating,resources.
