摘　　要：切实加强高校政工队伍建设,努力开创思想政治工作的新局面,是时代的要求。因此,加强高校政工队伍建设具有十分重要的意义。文章针对目前存在的问题提出了相应的对策。Enhancing the building of the troop en ga ged in political work at colleges earnestly, opening up a new prospect about ide o logical and political work hardly, which is the require of times. Therefore, it h as farreaching meaning that enhancing the building of the troop engaged in polit ical work. Aimed to the problems existed at present, the article puts forward co rresponding countermeasure.
