摘　　要：本文以当前军队院校科研成果管理所面临的实际问题为出发点 ,针对科技成果管理的现实意义 ,为今后军队院校科研成果管理的发展提出了一些对策性建议 ,如坚持科研成果管理的导向作用 ,加强科研成果的全过程管理 ,革新管理理念等 。This article brings forward some countermeasures of scientific research achievements management of military academies.They can be summarized as:insistng the function of guiding on achievements management,strengthening the management of the whole course,reforming the ideas of management.These countermeasures are on the basis of the current situation of military academies.
