圆柱摆动凸轮机构的摆角误差分析及展开理论廓线的正确设计

摘　　要：本文分析了圆柱摆动凸轮机构存在摆角误差的原因,建立起摆角误差计算公式,可以对误差进行定量分析和控制,并进一步提出圆柱摆动凸轮展开理论廓线的正确设计方法,推导出展开理论廓线的解析方程,从而解决了圆柱摆动凸轮机构存在摆角运动规律误差这一设计理论问题。In this paper the cause of swing angle error existed in the cylindrical swing cam mechanism has been analysed, the calculation formula of swing angle error has been built up and so made it possible to carry out quantitative analysis and control of errors. Furthermorethe correct designing method on the developement of theoretical outline of cylindrical swing cam has been put forward and the analytical equation on the development of theoretical contour has been derived. Therefore the designing theoretical problem of the swing angles motion regularity existed in the cylindrical swing cam mechanism has been well solved.
