不输血乳腺癌根治术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨不输血施行乳腺癌根治术的必要性、可行性和避免输血的措施。方法 :对 1988年 4月～ 2 0 0 3年 3月作者连续施行 4 77例乳腺癌根治术的手术资料、术中出血量及术后引流量进行统计分析。结果 :本组病例手术时间及术中、术后失血量均逐年下降 ,输血病例数逐年显著减少。结论 :不输血施行乳腺癌根治术是十分必要的和完全可行的 ,成熟的手术技术和合理的围手术期处理是减少出血和避免输血的关键途径和主要方法。Objective:To explore the essentiality and possibility and measures of preventing blood transfusion. Methods:We analysed radical operation data and the amount of bleeding introperation and after operation of 477 patients with breast cancer from April,1988 to March, 2003. Results:The time of spending on operation and the amount of bleeding and the blood transfusion cases were reversibly reduced.Conclusions:Radical operation without blood transfusion is quite necessary and possible; the skilled operation technology and correct treatment for perioperative period are the key way for reducing bleeding and preventing blood transfusion.
