摘 要:为了优化轧制工艺和提高最终产品的质量,需要对轧件的温度场精确预测。通过对热轧带钢粗轧过程传热关系的分析,利用有限差分法建立了轧件三维温度场的数值计算模型。结合攀枝花钢铁集团公司热轧生产线的实际条件,利用该模型模拟了粗轧区轧件的温度场,并与实测结果进行了比较,验证了模型的可靠性。在此基础上,讨论了各种工艺因素对轧件温度场的影响,为改进和优化轧制工艺提供理论指导。In order to optimize the hot rolling process and improve the quality of hot rolling products, the temperature distribution in the plate during the rolling process should be accurately predicted. A mathematical model for numerically simulating the threedimension temperature distribution in the plate during rough rolling process was constructed based on the analysis of heat transfer in hot rolling process. By using the constructed model, the temperature field of plate in a real production was simulated, and the reliability of the simulation results is verified by using the measured plate temperatures. Moreover, the effect of process parameters on the temperature distribution in the plate was discussed.
