消化道肿瘤患者化疗前后血浆胃动素和降钙素基因相关肽变化及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :检测部分消化道肿瘤患者化疗前后和正常人的血浆胃动素 (MTL)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)含量 ,了解化疗前后MTL、CGRP含量变化情况及其临床意义。方法 :采用放射免疫分析法测定。结果 :胃癌和结、直肠癌化学治疗后血浆MTL均显著低于治疗前 (P <0 0 5 )。原发性肝癌和其他癌症患者血浆MTL含量测定治疗前后比较差异无显著性 (P>0 0 5 )。原发性肝癌治疗后比治疗前CGRP含量显著降低 (P <0 0 1 )、结直肠癌患者血浆CGRP治疗后比治疗前明显降低(P <0 0 5 ) ,原发性肝癌、结直肠癌患者血浆CGRP治疗前后比较有显著性差异 ,肝癌尤著。胃癌及其他癌症治疗前后比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论Objective:To study clinical significances of motilin (MTL) and calcinin gene related peptide (CGRP) in gastrointestinal cancer. It was investigated whether there were any changes of them before and after the chemotherapy of gastrointestinal cancer and clinical value.Methods:MTL and CGRP levels in the plasma of 46 cases were investigated before and after the chemotherapy of whom 38 cases were gastrointestinal cancer patients (21 cases with gastric cancer, 9 cases with hepatic cancer, 8 cases with colorectal cancer), 7 cases were with other malignant tumor, 22 cases were non gastric malignant diseases as controls. They were measured by RIA(radioimmunoassay).Results:(1)The plasma MTL levels in the patients with gastric, hepatic, colorectal and other malignant cancer after they got chemotherapy were lower than those before ( P <0 05). Gastric cancer patients had the highest plasma MTL level in all of those digestive tumor cases. There were no significant difference of plasma MTL levels between the patients with pancreatic cancer, hepatic cancer, benign gastric diseases and the controls ( P >0 05). (2) The plasma CGRP levels of hepatic cancer, colorecal cancer and benign gastric diseases after they got chemotherapy were lower than those before ( P <0 05). Hepatic cancer patients had the highest plasma CGRP level in all of those digestive tumor cases ( P <0 01). There was no significant found in other patients. (3) No differences were seen in MTL and CGRP levels between in other malignant ones ( P >0 05).Conclusion:The results suggeste that the plasma levels of MTL in the chemotherapy of digestive cancer may monitor the relapse of upper digestive tract tumor have high specificity, and the plasma levels of CGRP may evaluate the treatment to the primary hepatocarcinoma cancer.
