摘　　要：情绪智力理论是对传统智力理论的发展和补充 ,它的出现及发展拓展了传统智力的内涵 ,使智力的应用更具现实性。但情绪智力理论本身还存在着一些问题 ,需要我们在研究和实践中加以修正及解决。The paper explores the emotional intelligence on the four aspects of, its origins, its conception frame, its test and its application and training. The author points out the imperfect in the research of emotional intelligence, which should be solved in the future.
