摘 要:随着市场竞争的日益加剧并伴随着经济全球化趋势和信息技术的不断发展,一种以核心能力为特点对企业外部资源进行优化整合的合作形式———虚拟企业,正逐渐成为现代企业适应竞争环境的理想模式。自从虚拟企业的概念提出后它就受到学术界和企业界的广泛关注,并取得了一系列的研究成果。着重从虚拟企业协同生产管理的计划与调度及多智能体协作技术的角度,对虚拟企业运行阶段的研究情况进行了概括和论述,并展望了虚拟企业的发展趋势。The Virtual Enterprise (VE) is a novel paradigm for many enterprises as they adapt to the fast changing market. Since the concept of VE has emerged, it has aroused wide attention both in academic fields and in industrial practice. Great advances have been made in recent years. In this paper, the authors have made a survey on the research of VE. Firstly, an overview of recent developments in VE is described. Secondly, approaches and technology concerning synergetic production planning and scheduling and the multi-agent based cooperation are summarized. The prospect of developing trends of VE is presented.
