摘　　要：目的　运用适应行为训练 ,强化与喉癌术后暂时性失语病人的交流和沟通。方法　将我科 4 0例喉癌病人 ,分成两组 ,对其中一组应用自制图片、自编手语、写字板及发音训练等手段实施术前指导。结果　经临床观察统计 ,两组病人在提高沟通满意度上差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　适应行为训练在喉癌病人手术康复中有显著意义 ,可提高暂时性失语病人的生活质量 ,扩延护士的知识内涵。Objective To improve the communicative ability of the temporary aphasia postoperatively in patients with throat cancer by means of the training for adaptive behaviors.Methods Twenty cases in the studying group were treated with pre-operative pronunciation training by using the writing boards,the picture cards we made and the sign-language we composed.Twenty cases in control group were treated with ordinary measures.Results The communicative ability in the studying group was significantly different with that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The training for adaptive behaviors can improve the life quality of the temporary aphasia postoperatively in patients with throat cancer,which is significant for the recovery of the postoperative patients with throat cancer.It also expands the knowledge field of the nurses.
