新型动物胶粘结剂的研究

摘　　要：新型动物胶粘结剂是动物胶分子中的羧基在催化剂作用下与淀粉分子中的羟基发生缩合反应的产物,是一种无毒、无污染的水溶性高分子化合物.经实验验证,该粘结剂不仅室温下能保持液态,而且稳定性强,特别适用于低熔点的铝合金铸件的生产.与树脂型粘结剂相比,其主要特点是:无毒、无污染、成本低.是一种发展前景看好的新型粘结材料.The new type of gelatin binder is a natural watersoluble macromolecular compou nd by combining with carboxyl of gelatin molecule and hydroxyl of starc h molecule at condition of catalytic action.Feature on long-term liquid at room temperature and good stability more than one year has been verified by the text .Comparing to resin gelatin, this binder characterized with less cost, no any h armful to person and environment is a new kind of felt material having better fu ture.
