摘　　要：分析了企业人力资源管理的特点,借鉴目前人力资源管理方面的先进方法,设计开发了某企业的人力资源管理系统,介绍了用PowerBuilder7.0开发系统的总体实现方法和技术特点。This paper analyzed the characteristic of the enterprise's manpower resource management, and \{designed\} the manpower resource management system of one enterprise by making use of the excellence of the manpower resource management at present, introduced the method how to design this system by using software Power Builder7.0 and the technical characteristic. 
