摘  要:围绕PLC教学、科研以及各种PLC教学仪器设备的研制与生产,对开展的产学研合作教育进行了总结。总结了近几年来培养创新人才的实践,坚持产学研相结合,注重发展学生的创造性智能,实行传授知识与培养能力相结合,真正做到出人才,出产品,出效益,成为学院办出职业技术教育特色,产学研相结合的典范。并在此基础上提出了培养面向21世纪创新人才的设想。With the PLC teaching, research and manufacture of every kind of PLC teaching instrument, cooperative teaching of PTR is summed up. To combine producing, teaching and research (PTR) and teaching knowledge with developing the abilities of students' creative talent, productions and benefit can been attained, which has become the special feature of our university in vocational teaching and the model of PTR. Based on the above, we have the theory for educating talented students in the 21st century.
