摘　　要：目的　了解明胶酶B在食管癌浸润、转移中的作用。方法　 36例食管癌患者术中取癌组织及正常组织 ;提取组织总RNA :用共扩增逆转录定量PCR方法测定其明胶酶B基因表达水平。结果　食管癌组织明胶酶B(MMP9)的基因表达明显高于正常食管组织 ;发生局部淋巴结转移者其MMP9基因表达水平明显高于无转移者。结论　明胶酶B在食管癌的浸润。Objective To investigate the role of extracellular matrix degradation in esophsgeal carcinoma.Methods 36 patients with esophagus carcinoma were selected,cancerous tissue and normal esophageal mucosa tissue were obtained during operation.Total RNA was isolated and gelatinase B (MMP 9)gene expression level were rneasured by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.Results Gelatinase B(MMP 9)gene expression level in esophageal cancerous tissue(1.33±0.19)was much higher than those of normal esophageal mucosa tissue(0.36±0.09).MMP 9 gene expression levels in patients with local lymph node metastasis(l.69±0.23)were higher than those of patients without local lymph node metastasis(1.13±0.17). Conclusion Gelatinase B may play an important role in the progression of esophageal carcinoma.
