癫痫脑电及治疗的激光针研究

摘　　要：作者对32例癫痫患者行激光针作用后,观察其脑电变化并行临床疗效观察。发现14例异常脑电图中,有12例(85.7％)发生改变;其中10例(88.33％)使原脑电图中的棘波、棘一慢综合波减少或消失——异步化;2例(16.67％)使原棘、高幅慢波增多——同步化;2例无改变。18例正常脑电图患者中,13例(72.22％)背景有改变;5例无改变;且无病理波出现。临床疗效观察总有效率达75％。由此证明,激光计能对癫痫患者的脑电活动发生改变.显示异步化为主。故作者认为激光针对癫痫患者具有良好作用。The effects of laser acupuncture aad clinical curative effects on EEG; was studied on 32 epilepsy patients. 14 cases of them have abnormal EEG in which the EEG of 12 cases can be changed by laser irradiation on acupoints. It was characterized by asynchronism in 10 cases and synchronism in 2 cases, separatly. In 18 patients with normal EEG, the EEG background in 13 cases was changed, the remains did not. All of them have no pathological wave. The total clinical efficiency is 75%. So it indicated. The effects of laser acupuncture on epilepsy EEG appear asynchronous changes in the majority of the cases. Therefore, Author believe that laser acupuncture possesses a very good effect on epilepsy patients.
