摘　　要：针对图书馆终身教育的培训机制提出看法,并提出图书馆员的培训原则,即实践性原则;长期性与阶段性相结合的原则;整体化与个体化相统一的原则;多层次、多类型、多形式的原则等。This paper pointed out training system on all life education for library's assistant, and put forward the training principle on life education for library's assistant ,that is,principle for the practice;combine the chronicity with the stage; uniform the whole with individual; merge the layers of multi - hierarchy, the types of muld - genre, the styles of multi - modality together.
