摘　　要：将信号处理中求互相关的运算用于凸轮位置确定 ,比一些几何方法简单、快速 ,有很高的精度及可重复性。有时由局部的标准特征也可以确定被测件的位置。该方法已经成功地运用于研制的摩托车发动机凸轮轴多参数自动检测仪中 。A method of signal operation was used to confirm the position of the cam to be measured.By using cross correlative calculation between designed data and measured data,the method is much faster and easier than other geometrical methods to confirm the position of the cam with high accuracy.In some cases,some local eigenvalue of the standard data could confirm the position.The method was used in automatic multi parament measuring instrument for camshaft of motorcycle enging successfully and achieved good results.
