密盖息治疗多发性骨髓瘤骨骼疼痛的观察和护理

摘　　要：目的 :观察密盖息在治疗多发性骨髓瘤疼痛中的作用和总结护理体会。方法 :随机将多发性骨髓瘤 3 4例分为两组 ,治疗组 18例应用密盖息治疗 ,对照组 16例常规治疗 ,观察两组血钙、血磷及疼痛的变化。结果 :两组血钙、血磷治疗前后无明显差异 ,治疗组较对照组疼痛明显减轻 ( P <0 0 5 )。结论 :密盖息在治疗多发性骨髓瘤疼痛中具有良好的疗效 ,做好心理护理及疼痛护理 。Objective:To observe the function and nursing of treating ostealgia induced by multiple myeloma with Micalcic.Method:Thirty-four patients with ostealgia induced by multiple myeloma were divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Micalcic,the control group was treated with normal regulation treatment.Observe difference in blood calcium and phosphorus and ostealgia.Result:There were no difference in blood calcium and phosphorus,ostealgia of the treatment group abated obviously,comparing with that of the control group(P<0.05).Co^nclusion:Micalcic has better curative effect in treating ostealgia induced by multiple myeloma and better nursing can abate the side reaction in the treatment.
