摘　　要：本文介绍了一种利用IBM-PC微型机,采用True-BASIC语言编制的缝焊机仿真示教系统的功能及设计原理。该系统软件能使微机成为一台缝焊机的模拟机,并能在微机的CRT屏幕上形象、直观地表现缝焊形核的全过程。经实践证明,仿真效果是理想的。这对于实验教学水平的提高及科学研究工作将起到一定的帮助作用。This paper introduses a true-BASIC teaching and demonstrating program imitating seam welding machines and its principle of design and functions using IBM-PC microcomputer. The software of the program not only makes the microcomputer to be an imitation of seam welding machnies but also can rividly display the visual form of the nuggets during the whole seam welding progress on the CRT screen of the microcomputer. The imitating effect proved perfect and the imitator helps to improve the level of teaching experiments and scientific research.
