摘　　要：教育事业是“以人为本”的事业 ,必须将教师和学生放在主体地位 ,“善待教师 ,关注学生” ,充分发挥师生的潜能 ,调动其积极性。Educational cause is the cause of persons for persons,we must pay attention to teachers and stusents,treat teachers well,concern for students,and being the initiative of teachers and students in to full play.
