摘  要:目的 :培养牛眼晶状体上皮细胞 ,并观察血清浓度对其生长的影响。方法 :培养牛晶状体上皮细胞 ,通过MTT法 ,观察0,1%,2 %,4 %,8%,16 %血清对晶状体上皮细胞在24,48,72,96h生长的影响。结果 :无血清培养晶状体上皮细胞不能存活 ,随着时间延长 ,细胞逐渐死亡。血清浓度越高 ,促进晶状体上皮细胞增殖的作用越强 ;培养24h ,1%~2%与4 %~16 %血清浓度之间有明显差异 ;培养48h ,1%~4 %与8%~16 %血清浓度之间有明显差异 ;72h和96h ,每一个浓度与前一浓度比较均有显著性差异。1 %血清可维持晶状体上皮细胞存活。结论Objective:To cultivate cattle lens epithelial cells and observe the effects of serum concentration on its growth.Methods:Cattle lens epithelial cells were cultivated,and the effects of serums0,1%,2%,4%,8%,and16%on its growth at24,48,72,and96h were observed by MTT method.Results:Cultured lens epithelial cells couldn't live without serum,and died gradually with time prolonging.The higher the serum concentration was,the stronger the proliferation of lens epithelial cells was.There was a significant difference between1%~2%and4%~16%serum at24h,between1%~4%and8%~16%serum at48h,and between every serum concentration and the previous concentration at72and96h.Serum1%could maintain lens epithelial cells alive.Conclusion:Serum can promote cultured cattle lens epithelial cells to adhere and proliferate.
