胃癌及癌旁组织Fas蛋白和CD44V6蛋白的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨Fas蛋白、CD44V 6蛋白在胃癌及癌旁组织的表达及其临床意义。方法　采用免疫组化SP法分别检测5 7例胃癌组织 ,5 7例癌旁组织和 2 0例正常胃黏膜组织中Fas蛋白、CD44V 6蛋白的表达。结果　 5 7例胃癌组织中Fas蛋白表达的阳性率为 35 .0 9% ,5 7例癌旁组织为 70 .18% ,正常胃黏膜为 85 .0 0 % ,胃癌组织与癌旁组织 ,正常胃黏膜组织Fas蛋白的表达比较均有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。CD44V 6蛋白的表达 ,胃癌组为 66.67% ,癌旁组为 2 2 .81% ,正常胃黏膜为 10 .0 0 % ,胃癌组织与癌旁组织 ,正常胃黏膜组织之间的CD44V 6蛋白的表达均有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　Fas蛋白、CD44V 6蛋白的表达对阐明胃癌的发生机制。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of Fas,CD44V6 in human gastric cancer and cancer surrounding tissue.Methods The expression of Fas,CD44v6 was analyzed by immunohistochemical staining S-P in 57 gastric cancer,57 cancer surrounding tissue and 20 normal gastric tissues.Results The positive expression rate of Fas was 35.09% in gastric cancer,70.18% in cancer surrounding tissue and 85.00% in normal gastric tissue.The positive expression rate of CD44V6 was 66.67% in gastric cancer,22.81% in paracancerous tissue and 10.00% in normal gastric tissue.The expression of Fas and CD44V6 was significantly different either between gastric cancer and paracancerous tissue or between gastric cancer and normal gastric tissue(P< 0.01).Conclusion The expression of Fas,CD44V6 has important significance for the study of developing mechnism,prognosis and metastasis of gastric cancer.
