一氧化氮合酶和血管内皮生长因子在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与血管生成的关系

摘　　要：目的　研究诱导型与内皮型一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS、eNOS)和血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与血管生成的关系。方法　应用免疫组化方法检测 72例大肠癌手术切除标本中iNOS、eNOS、VEGF的表达 ,并与正常大肠黏膜、腺瘤组织相比较。结果　iNOS和eNOS在大肠癌组织中的平均表达阳性率分别为 70 .83%、36.11% ,与正常黏膜、腺瘤比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。大肠癌组织中iNOS表达与VEGF表达有一致性 (P <0 .0 5 )。Objective To analyse the relationship between expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS),and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) or angiogenesis.Methods The expression of iNOS,eNOS and VEGF was examined by immunohistochemical technique in 72 cases of colorectal carcinoma and in control subjects with normal mucosa and adenoma.Results The positive expression rate of iNOS and eNOS was 70.38% and 36.11% in colorectal carcinoma(CRC) respectively.The expression of iNOS was significantly different between colorectal carcinoma and normal control(P<0.05).The expression of iNOS was consistly changed with VEGF in CRC.Conclusion The expressions of iNOS may play a role in angiogenesis of CRC mediated by VEGF.
