摘　　要：目的　观察帕米膦酸钠 (阿可达 )治疗肿瘤骨转移的近期疗效。方法　对 38例骨转移癌患者静脉滴注阿可达 60～ 90mg ,1次 /月。观察止痛效果、生活质量及生化指标ALP等。 结果　止痛显效 13例 ,有效 2 0例 ,无效 5例 ,有效率为 86.8% ( 33/38)。生活质量评分提高了 15 .3% (P <0 .0 1)。 6例ALP水平降至正常 ,10例虽未降至正常但亦有不同程度地下降 ,2 0例仍在正常范围内 ,2例略有升高。 3例患者用药后出现发热、全身骨骼肌肉酸痛。结论　阿可达治疗肿瘤骨转移有较好的近期疗效。Objective To evaluate the short-term efficacy of pamidronate(Aredia) on bone metastases from cancer.Methods Thirty-eight patients with bone metastases received pamidronate treatment.60～90 mg of Aredia was injected intravenously every month.Pain scores,quality-of-life scores and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) level were measured at 2 months.Results Complete relief of pain was observed in 13 patients,partial relief in 20 patients,and no effect in 5 patients.The overall response rate was 86.8%(33/38).Quality-of-life scores increased by 15.3%(P<0.01).ALP decreased to normal level in 6 patients,while in 10 patients ALP decreased,though still unnormal.ALP kept normal level in twenty patients,but ALP increased slightly in the other two patients.The side effect included fever and skeleton-muscle aching pain.Conclusion The results suggest pamidronate has beneficial effect on bone metastases.
