摘　　要：目的　观察口腔综合防治措施对正畸儿童牙龈炎的作用。方法　本实验以 56名 1 2～ 1 6岁的正畸患者为观察对象 ,分别将 2 8名矫治前和 2 8名矫治半年的儿童分为实验组和对照组各 1 4名 ,观察实验 1年后牙周健康指数软垢指数 (DI -S)、牙石指数 (CI-S)和菌斑指数 (PLI)、牙龈指数 (GI)的状况。实验组采用口腔综合防治措施。结果　实验组儿童口腔内DI-S、CI -S、PLI、GI指数明显降低 ,与对照组相比有显著性差异。结论　对正畸儿童在矫治期间进行牙龈炎防治是非常必要的 ,而口腔综合保健是一种正畸患者牙龈炎的良好预防治疗方法。Objective To observe the curative effect of comprehensive oral health care on gingivitis in orthodontic treated patients. Methods Fifty six patients with fixed orthodontic appliances aged among 12 and 16 years were investigated. Among them, twenty eight patients were treated in orthodontic for half year and twenty eight patients did not. Plaque index(PLI), gingival index (GI), debris index (DI), and calculus index(CI) were recorded one year later. The test group were supplied with comprehensive oral health care.Results It was found that these values in the test group were significantly lower that that of the control group.Conclusion It is neccessary to apply special protection to children who are undergoing orthodontic from gingivitis, and the comprehensive oral health care should be given.
