紫茎泽兰提取物对小菜粉蝶幼虫的拒食活性测定

摘　　要：在被测定的紫茎泽兰的3种提取物中,A-1的拒食活性最强,24h选择拒食作用的拒食中浓度(AFC50)为964 6mg/L,完全拒食作用的AFC50为1011 1mg/L;其次是P-1(24h选择拒食作用的AFC50为1909 5mg/L,完全拒食作用的AFC50为8250 7mg/L)和紫-2(24h选择拒食作用的AFC50为4296 4mg/L,完全拒食作用的AFC50为3904 6mg/L).Among the three tested Eupatorium adenophorum extracts, the antifeeding activity for the fourth instar larvae of Pieris rapae ranged from strong to weak were A-1, P-1 and Zi-2. Their Median Antifeeding Concentrations (AFC50) of selective antifeeding activity in 24?h were 964.6?mg/L, 1?9095?mg/L and 4?2964?mg/L respectively and their AFC50 of complete antifeeding activity were 1?0111?mg/L, 8?2507?mg/L and 3?9046?mg/L respectively.
