摘　　要：本文设计了一种简洁通用的时域控制模型,给出了该模型的设计思想、数据结构和实现方法,使MIS开发中许多与时间相关的重要问题迎刃而解。A brief and general model is designed in this article, including the design idea, data structure and implementation. It is of a great help to solve the most important problems which are correlative with time in MIS development.
