摘　　要：通过对我国医学人文素质教育的现状分析 ,在总结医学人文素质教育理论研究和实践成果的基础上 ,从新的视角提出医学院校人文素质培养的目标 ,以及构建医学人文素质教育的合理模式和有效途径。Based on analyzing the situation of education of humanistic quality for medical students and summarizing the theoretic study of education of humanistic quality for medical students, the authors put forward a goal of education of humanistic quality for medical students from a new view and establish a rational model of education of humanistic quality for medical students and an effective way. Authors′address College of Medical Politics, Nanjing Medical University, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, P.R. China.
